Meeting with the couple in-person to discuss all aspects of wedding, including budget, venue, theme, décor, entertainment, etc.
Recommendations for wedding related correspondence such as “Save the Date” cards, and wedding invitations.
Creating a timeline outlining your wedding from inception to execution
Frequent communication via phone and email
Tracking expenses and communicating with the couple as necessary when changes are made.
Choosing and negotiating with vendors to create your chosen theme.
Working with your chosen venue or assisting you in the choice of venue
Coordinating accommodations for wedding guests including hotel accommodations, transportation, special menu on day of wedding, and other accommodations as needed
Other special wedding related tasks can be handled as part of the overall planning.
WEDDING DAY MANAGEMENT
Communication with the Planner based on office hours.
Access to Wedding Planner for advice, tips, and vendor recommendations (if needed)
Vendor Management with all secured vendors.
Introductions to all vendors.
Attend final vendor meetings with Photographer, Videographer, DJ, and Florist
Up to (4) detailed meetings with the Planner prior to Wedding Day:
Kick-off meeting to go through the entire Wedding Day plans (secured vendors)
Attend venue site tour.
Attend final venue walk-through.
Final detail meeting to go through entire Wedding Day timeline and décor setup.
Orchestrate Wedding Rehearsal: Up to 1.5 hours.
The Wedding Planner will assist and create the following:
Full Wedding Day timeline will send out to all Vendors and to the Client
Assistance with organizing the guest list/ seating chart.
Assistance with Floor plan and management
Décor setup list for the wedding day
The Client will be able to drop off wedding day décor to Planner.
Up to 12 hours of wedding day coordination (including setup, breakdown)
At least (2) Assistants to help facilitate wedding timeline and setup.

After the consultation, we will send
you a full proposal and contract with
all of the details regarding our
Wedding Day Management
Package.
During this phase you will
receive a contract to you via email. You will be able to view all of my company terms and policies.
After the contract is signed the fun will begin!

We will have a kick-off call to go over.
all of the secured vendors, wedding details, show you around our powerful tool of Aisle Planner and schedule your site walk with the venue.
This is when we will take on all of the last end of your plans as followed: Full wedding day timeline creation, vendor management and communication, wedding rehearsal and much more!
We finally made it to the finish line! Honestly, the only thing you have to do on this day is show up. Why? Because we got you! We are here to ensure that you enjoy your big day without any worries. We will take care of everything! :)
